Explain your idea further

A YouGov survey conducted after the 2016 Referendum showed that 70% of 18-24 year olds voted to remain with 30% voting to leave.  At the time of the Referendum a large number of Portsmouth students were unable to vote as they were under the age of 18.  Irrelevant of the way in which the students would vote, be in leave or stay I believe they are all entitled to have their say.  Ideally a 2nd vote in the form of a People's Referendum would give them the voting opportunity but should this not occur I maintain that a Peaceful Protest March would get their voices heard.

How would your idea benefit students?

This would greatly benefit students in that they would have their voices and opinions heard and they would be a part of an extraordinary movement that could help change the EU process.  This is their future so they should be entitled to have a say in it.

How could your idea be implemented?

This idea will be implemented by organising a Peaceful Protest March with the help, support and guidance from the Student Union.

Liaising with external authorities for safety and route of march.
